front desk clerk.
We call and complain to the front desk clerk when who we really want to talk to is the manager, right? You and I both want someone who can make things happen, who has the control, because ultimately, maybe we ourselves have control issues, or maybe, just maybe…
…maybe you and I have problems waiting.
But can I tell you something?
Your story is written in the waiting. And it’s worth repeating.
